We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders.
The orders will be delivered by DHL / UPS / FEDEX / TNT, we always use an Air Express Tracked service which is very reliable and safe.
When will I get my order?
The delivery time scale is specified on the product page and shopping cart to indicate when you will receive your order, The delivery timescale for each order is shown on your Shopila account as well. This is generally between 5 - 7 working days.
Do you notify me?
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched - this email contains the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it online right to your door.
Is my order insured?
Yes, we always insure the parcels up to the order value.
The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order. Shopila do not currently open on bank and public holidays.
Due to the nature of our business, Shopila operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore we are only able to fulfil the order if the order is validated by our network. (e.g. it is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card, or it is being delivered to a known company, or you have used your card before and have no bad history). In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be completed immediately.
If this is not the case (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address) there may be a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks. If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this and what the next steps are.
In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
Customs charges for deliveries to United States, Australia, Canada, UAE, UK and countries inside the EU is already included in product price, the price you see is the final price you pay to get the item in countries we operate in, If customs fee is applicable to your order, you will have an option to prepay the customs fee during checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Can I return the order?
If the item(s) is unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. you can return it back to us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Custom or special order items are not refundable unless return is due to manufacturer error or defect.
Gift cards and Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.
Who will pay for the postage?
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival and you have notified us within 48 hours, We're responsible for the cost of return, if you're returning an item for any other reason you will pay for the return postage and insurance fees.
When will I get the refund for returned items?
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the next day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 10 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors. returns for high value items may take longer to process as the item may need to be returned back to the manufacturer for inspection and approval, a 10% restock fee may apply to these returns.
How do I request a return?
Please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get your RMA number, please pack the items carefully and write the RMA number on the parcel and use a tracked shipping service to avoid any delay or problem.
Can I Exchanges My Item?
If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.
