Can I return the order?

If the item(s) is unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. you can return it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order, Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.

Who will pay for the postage?

If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival and you have notified us within 48 hours, We're responsible for the cost of return, if you're returning an item for any other reason you will pay for the return postage.

When will I get the refund for returned items?

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the next day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 10 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors. returns for special and high value items may take longer to process as the item may need to be returned back to the manufacturer for inspection and approval.

How do I request a return?

Please drop an email to help@shopila.com to get your RMA number, please pack the items carefully and write the RMA number on the parcel and use a tracked shipping service to avoid any delay or problem.

Can I Exchanges My Item?

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.
